You Don’t Have To Settle For Second Best!

What does Christmas mean to you?

C – Christ

H – Holy

R – Righteous

I – Immaculate Conception

S -Sinless

T – Triune God

M – Mortal Flesh

A – Almighty

S – Saviour

When you think of Christmas, what are the top three things that come to your mind?

The reason we celebrate Christmas is to commemorate the birth of Christ Jesus who came down from Heaven. His virgin birth was a divine sign from Father God to show mankind that even though Adam sinned and broke the relationship he had with God, there was a plan in place through Christ Jesus, the Son of God, to reconcile man back to God.

As a sinless, human, Jesus Christ sacrificed His life and paid the price for our sins. When we accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour of our lives, we die to our sins and follow Him. When we follow Jesus Christ, He is the Good Shepherd who leads and guides us to live a holy and righteous life, which He has set an example for us while He lived on earth.

Now He is seated in Heaven with God and when we leave this earth, we are assured of the gift of eternal life with God.

So you see, whatever three things you had in mind when you thought of Christmas, ask yourself how does it align with the real reason for Christmas.

“Jesus Christ is the real reason for this season.” Are you assured of your ticket to Heaven where you receive your gift of eternal life?
